Round 1: Coding Round

Format: 60-minute HackerRank assessment Problems: Rate limiter, caching system with TTL

The coding round had two problems: implement a rate limiter (medium) and design a caching system with TTL (medium). I implemented both with proper error handling and explained the trade-offs of different approaches.

Round 2: Database Round

Format: 45-minute video call Interviewer: Senior Backend Engineer Duration: 40 minutes

The database round was the most challenging.
